Chapter Nairobi

Despite a priori being an obscure groupuscule of cyclists, Fartlek has a subsidiary in Nairobi, Kenya.  Meanwhile our Kenyan representative has obtained a certain reputation in the local cyclist-scene. And now he even managed to expose Fartlek to the most recent exponent of the Kenyan cyclism who happened to ride around in a yellow jersey, last summer.
