Afgelopen zondag een groot deel van de tocht afgelegd die in het voorjaar georganiseerd wordt en aan La Laiterie (in Linkebeek) vertrekt. We hebben ons beperkt tot het stuk tussen Halle en Ronquières. Opwarming en cool-down van telkens zo'n 15km langs het kanaal.
